Why oh why do these guys wear super dark shades in their tv shows. I stopped watching RPM because of the shades and now the peeps on ignition tv also do it. What are they hiding?

RPM wears shades? I don't even know what he looks like...

It's not the shades that gets me. It's the *****footing when testing certain major car brands because of the fear of being blacklisted for future test-cars.

That's why you can't trust any reviews these days anymore, not just cars. It's actually even worse with game and cellphone/gadgets reviews. The only car show that's actually honest these days is Top Gear, and they don't really review many cars that normal people can ever afford in their lifetimes.

RPM words seem to be scripted or "very" scripted if such words exist.

I hate watching SA motoring journalists lily foot over their reviews, they pull their faces and in my opinion give a very vague response, they very careful about saying anything negative in reviews.
TG goes all out, good and bad and then deliberate.

The only time you get genuine review from a SA journalist is when they really like a car.

Even if you get some billionaire who goes out and buys a car for a unbiased review, the motoring companies will in all likelihood sue the car show for brand defamation and loss of income, and probably win as well.
