Are these not the same goons - aka comrades - that did voter education in 94.... From a voters mouth, they were shown where to draw their cross (ANC) and promised houses, cars, tv's washing mashines etc.
This was not rigging I guess.
Shame the surveillance probably reminded them of the pw era.
