SA pirates’ top ISP revealed

How do users manage to download that much utilising WISP services. Mostly abusing single ADSL accounts, thus the IP’s is usually used to the limits (those utilising upload services) and ports running amok with torrents… Concurrent IP connections… etc. etc. etc.
