You have no legal training so I suggest your strong opinion has very little factual basis behind it and you are simply reciting Ramaphosa's arguments. I suggest your ANC arrogance is taken down a notch or two and you simply let the courts sort it out.

So the PA had a rally, made a mess, then when their PA members in PA regalia came to clean (likely to claim a cheap political win for cleaning their own mess), they started to moan that the DA was cleaning, because the cleaning was apparently part of the stadium invoice?

Sounds a lot like when they voted to pass a VAT increase, they got dragged to court, quickly made u-turn and tried to claim that they managed to over turn the VAT hike, the very same hike they supported.

I am certain there is a lot of mess in Mandela Bay the DA could clean besides the mess made by the PA, they went there looking to score some cheap political points.

Yes , what he can and cant do is in the constitution.
No he cannot just do as he wants with zero regard or consultation with anyone else. That is what is called a dictatorship.

There was a refuse collection discussion.
You commented you dont have refuse collection , so therefor your suburb keeps yourselves clean. You made it sound like that is special.
If you were paying for services I would expect it to be done as a service and then if you did it yourselves it would be special,
Because you arent paying, it is expected that you do it yourselves. Ie not special.
