I think one way to sort out tenders :

BEE Tender winners should NOT be able to source out ANY work.
No joint ventures , no sub contracts or contracting out ....
All the work has to be done inhouse

Its an interesting idea and approach, but it would mean nothing would ever get done.

No. Els is a good acquaintance of Trump's from golf and he likes rich people so Rupert makes sense and is apparently a sort of friend to the trump. John is the minister of agriculture which is a point of contention with those fake refugees. I don't see the window dressing you do, and really people shouldn't be so overly fixated on race, you begin to sound like the EFF who are making the same noises you do about the white delegation.

It's just bizarre that there needs to be demographic representation at home, but over-represent whites when it suits them. Did they not trust in the ability of black excellence?

Having said that, I have no doubt that these rich white people profit off the back of race rhetoric, it provides a nice distraction. And they're there to protect their own interests...

Now we are a rainbow nation again... hahaha. Have to sell the narrative ANC / Squirrel are not racist at all cost.
