In a lot of your comments regards the ANC you speak of ''Liberation'' and ''Revolution'' and in general the ANC fighting and correcting the past.
They were in sole control of the country for 30-years, held accountable by no one. They have blurred the line between state and party, their ideology seeping into every public office.
Why are they still seen as liberators and revolutionaries? Who are they ''fighting'' against? Who are they ''resisting'' when they have been the sole custodians of power and control in the country for 3 decades?
Taking it deeper, a lot of the issues they need to address and redress have been either caused or amplified under their rule. Rising unemployment, that isn't just a structural legacy of apartheid, it is a literally a result of the ANC's failure to run and manage the country in a way that is conducive to economic growth. Those living in previously disadvantaged communities who still lack adequate infrastructure and services, sorry, 30-years later that cannot continue to be simply a legacy of apartheid.
The 'Great Liberation Movement' needs to grow up and take a look in the mirror and confront the real problem. Their failure to evolve and mature beyond a Cold War-era liberation movement. They are too fixated on their own legacy and have done very, very little to move forward, to the point that I do not believe they can. They are lost somewhere in the 70s or 80s, prisoners to their own archaic identity and ideology. They are an anachronism.
