Zuma isn't the ANC's architect of corruption.

The ANC as an organisation is corrupt by design, intended to enrich itself at the expense of the state and its citizens.

Zuma is merely its finest product and the one who used its structures most effectively in terms of looting the state. People think Zuma walked in and corruption started? Nah, he just unlocked its maximum potential.

If the ANC is Sauron, the NEC are the Nazgul with Zuma as the Witch-king of Angmar.
 
So I have a question
According to the court , increase/decrease of VAT is a people's decision , not an executive decision
The people ( parliament ) voted to increase vat
For it to decrease it needs to be a people's vote again .
And the 2 bills that were withdrawn cannot be changed to not show what the people voted. Ie increase of vat
Doing anything other than what the people voted is executive overreach

I can see another constitutional court challenge incoming
 
This twat in the briefing is blaming the DA. They were going to vote for the VAT increase if they got their way. Only the parties sitting there can claim victory.

At this point the DA should tell them to stuff their agreement and continue with the court case...
