I seem to remember you harping on before that you understood what a consent order is? If I remember correctly, it was in the informal trader cases in Tshwane.

Why do you not make the same emphasis here? Not sure if a consent order equates to the Minister being smacked by the Court for his political interference. It is the usual reaching, and I will assume you have started with the black labels.

Steenhuisen wanted the election to be rerun probably because some DA cadres did not make the cut, the court ordered that the results of the election stands as is and Steenhuisen must implement its outcome.

That is a smacking, no matter how much you want to spin it.
