What's happening? Who voted for apartheid there?

The debates on BEE are valid. It is just a tool to corruption and narrow accumulation by an elite group at the moment. Even criminal elements are in on the action

The leaders of afriforum kriel, buys and their cohort were part of the conservative party who voted No on the referendum because they wanted their own homeland.

Yeah, you assume.

He may have campaigned that way as it was his job at the time, but unless Kallie actually stands up and says "I voted x way" you will never know for sure.

Also, beyond that possible vote from Kallie, what has Afriforum specifically done that irks you so much?

This raises an interesting point though.

Either the billboard was illegal in the first place, which then means Afriforum needs to get smacked for that, or it was legal and the company/entity that has now subsequently removed it needs the smack and to pay for the billboard to be reinstated.

Probably illegal since the original post is from the MMC.

The only potential problem i can see with the banner is it wasn't placed in an appropriate spot, otherwise i cant see anything untoward about it, even if someone wants to make the case that its wrong or a lie, hyperbole is often a great marketing tool.

Possibly yes, but the fact that none of that has been dealt with officialy generally indicates it hasn't been checked/found out.

If Afriforum put up a banner I didn't like, the first thing I'd do is find out if its all legal and approved, and if not have it ripped down and go all guns blazing at Afriforum for the illegal banner from a PR and legal point of view.

Ok, so do us all a favour, do detail how that poster is racist or an apartheid apologist thing?

Also where in the Constitution does it dictate that freedom of speech can be limited in the fashion you seem to demand?
