(3) The state may not unfairly discriminate directly or indirectly against anyone on oneor more grounds, including race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic orsocial origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief,culture, language and birth.
(4) No person may unfairly discriminate directly or indirectly against anyone on one ormore grounds in terms of subsection (3). National legislation must be enacted toprevent or prohibit unfair discrimination.

I think squirm is probably the wrong word, doesn't convey the correct thing.

I would use seethe instead, its more accurate.

Are all these grammatical and typographic errors actually in the constitution ?
