Not just that - we need a complete and accurate database of the companies that are allowed to tender: Full controlling stake interest documentation, audited financial statements etc. It's one thing to be able to look at a tender and another to investigate the companies that are allowed to tender. My company undergoes intense scrutiny when applying for a loan or onboarding processes for clients (KYC) etc - why shouldn't tender-companies be treated differently during the tender process? This is a step in the right direction, but there needs to be some process/mechanism that allows the public to report issues and then follow along with the process of dealing with the issue.
