I thought PRASA's mandate was to provide railway services, not to provide retail property for rental purposes? The state should not compete with the private sector. And PRASA is hopeless in their primary function.
And in other news:

Eskom will be selling KFC at massively discounted prices ... and apparently it's a good thing.

How old is this Willem bra? He looks mid thirties? Was he in that army as a 2 year old or as sperm? This narrative of everyone alive now being thick and hard involved in apartheid is so tiresome. Radicalized Herrrrrrman cant handle the heat it seems.

If you watched the video, you would have heard Willem Petzer state that he was born after apartheid. Mashaba is a beneficiary of apartheid, as Petzer claims.

AfriForum has once again compiled a report that proves that the human rights situation in South Africa, especially with regard to minority rights, continues to deteriorate in 2025. This report exposes the following: the number and severity of the South African government’s racially discriminatory policies are increasing; private property rights are increasingly under threat; incitement to violence and hatred against minority groups by prominent politicians are worsening; critics of the government are being subjected to intimidation and police investigations; and minority heritage and education are being targeted, attacked and marginalised.

I hope the city did not damage the banner. It needs to be erected again. The message of south africa's crazy race laws and race regulations will be seen the world over.

Where the hell does this post say that the banner was illegal or that anyone agreed on this?
You're reaching, and trying your best to make the "right wingers" out as doing something unlawful.
Stay away from the nyaope

I know you are slow but at least put in some effort, why is the advertising agency paying back the right wingers money?
