You can't claim 'investing in infrastructure' as a WIN for Africa when you allowed infrastructure to be pillaged, stolen and broken throughout the last decade!

That being said, I am sure the EU will be more than happy to provide funding for the Wakanda-Circle of infrastructure loans - they will make some good money out of this debacle!

Meanwhile, just the State of California has a bigger GDP than most countries, including SA. California qualifies to be in the G20 at Number 5 in the world. SA is number 41 and doesn't qualify for the G20.
