To see if actually any schooling is going on there. Having a building is one thing organizing teachers and equipment on an ongoing basis is another.

I have seen to many hospitals go the sake way where they have spent millions on infrastructure for short term gain but not following through on long term goals.

Does Dr de Jager represent more or fewer farmers than AfriForum does?

The Southern African Agri Initiative (Saai) has 650 individual farmer members, with 250 of them being women farmers.

Corruption is not determined by how much or how little money an entity has my dear, it is determined by where the money has come from and where it is going.

That you cannot even pay staff means that money has gone somewhere other than it's intended destination.
