A minimum of 30% were white males. I don't know what the situation is like now. Larger companies have even higher percentages. I'll see if I can find Eskom or SASOL data.

Key phrase is "Afrikaans medium" university. Universities such as UP, Stellies and UNW have a large student population of Afrikaans speakers.

I've denounced implementation and monitoring, both by public and private sector. We don't have separate policy called DEI. Also, DEI isn't necessarily about race. JD Vance is a beneficiary, and so are many military veterans.
