Despite the 147 race laws, despite being made to pay all the tax while unemployed due to BEE, we really don't deserve these people.
 
Three by-elections today. The first one is in the rural EC and all they do is vote ANC all the time, so there's not much to discuss there. We then turn our attnetion to Tshwane Ward 10 which is located in Mamelodi. The ANC should win here. Do note while the DA does not feature in my table, they achieved 6.1% on the provincial 2024 ballot and Cilliers Brink appears to be actively campaigning in this by-election.

In Emalahleni, we have a fascinating by-election. Although the ANC won the ward easily enough in 2021 (as indicated by the figures in brackets), due to 'naughty Zulus' voting for the MK in 2024, the DA actually achieved the highest share in the ward on the 2024 provincial ballot. The DA winning the ward will solely depend on how much of the vote is split between the ANC and the MK.
