The ANC , who is the gov in this case , is not known for doing things legally
Most notable lately is the vat case and also the last revelations that certain laws were signed even though the president knew they were inconstitutional
Then we have anc cadre's like yourself supporting illegal movements which commit murder to further their aims

So Not I dont believe that the gov or the anc follow the law all the time

No need to suggest, there are countless examples of the ANC doing things illegally under the guise of the "State"

I see these witnesses are now testifying. I am curious though: why are their voices not altered?

The implicated parties and their associates are no doubt watching and listening. Zero chance that these people will not be identified by their voices.

Probably a security bungle by the commission like last week when they used a non secure video link.

Because the ANC fcked up the water infrastructure across the entire province, or Ekhuruleni and Joburg wouldn't be on the list of offenders. Who's continuing to enrich the mafia in those cities, and Tshwane?

Perhaps they are part of the 100 beneficiaries. Certainly Malcolm with his private school education suggests his family are well-off and given he was a hardcore supporter of BEE, it does raise questions about how his family came into wealth.
