Knowing which way to turn a nut under which circumstances is a highly specialized job. Knowing how to change a globe in a blue light LED strip baffled them.

I was never in the SAPS, nor am I who you think I may be.

But it seems you are familiar with how crime intelligence works, so please enlighten us as to why the SAPS would require someone with a mechatronics qualification?
