Yeah, criminals and extortionists are the only type of people they have in the gangster looting movement. Maybe this is just him saying they don't want any new members full stop because they cant pay anyone.

Please do not show the rest of the forum how stupid you are. You do not know the difference between a tarred , asphalt or dirt road.

Maybe that is why we need those 147 racist laws to give you also a chance in life.

You guys in parts of the country run by the ANC got such low standards that you do not know how a proper road looks like anymore.
