This is not true. You're free to attend any university or college of your liking. You're free to study anything you wish to study. You're free to learn any skills training of your liking. You're not limited to any role in the field of your choice. You're not restricted with regards to how much you should be paid and education department spending isn't tied to skin colour.

I challenge you to watch some of his questioning of judicial candidates in the Senate. It's all on YouTube. Then come back and tell me Senator John Kennedy is not bright. You posted a small piece of an out of context soundbite from an unknown briefing to show him up as dumb. This is a standard odious propaganda tool called lying by omission.

Kennedy was born in Centreville, Mississippi, and raised in Zachary, Louisiana. He graduated from Zachary High School as co-valedictorian in 1969. He then attended Vanderbilt University, where he majored in philosophy, political science, and economics. He graduated magna cum laude.

He was elected president of his senior class and named to Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from Vanderbilt in 1973. He received a Juris Doctor degree in 1977 from the University of Virginia School of Law. There, he was an executive editor of the Virginia Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. In 1979, he earned a Bachelor of Civil Law, an advanced degree, with first class honours from Oxford University, where he was a member of Magdalen College and studied under Rupert Cross and J. H. C. Had Johannesburg Water maintained the excellent water infrastructure that existed 30 years ago, there would be no need to splurge millions on water tankers in addition to repairing the now broken infrastructure. Do you see how much not doing maintenance costs now?

Who got the tender? That will tell us a lot too.

So why is the City of Cape Town splurging millions on those water tankers?

I am sure they have needed them and have utilized them, unless you are saying your apartheid government never did any maintenence on the water infrastructure.

Whataboutism at its finest. Maybe because the water system in a single area was shut down for 72 hours due to maintenance? How long has the Johannesburg water system been inoperative?

The system was kept in such an excellent state that water could be shut off in a specific area during working hours only during the week for maintenance and reinstated before people got home in the evening. No tankers required.

What amazes me is that the race laws of Apartheid are, rightly so, condemned as a crime against humanity. But the race laws of BEE, AA, EE and DEI are considered acceptable. I can't get my head around the mental gymnastics required to achieve this train of thought.

That's UCT policy, which can be argued is within the confines of the country's statutes. However, I'm not aware that explicitly demands exclusion.
