Are these accidents a driver problem or mechanical issues?

I cant imiagine mechanics being blamed for all this.

Is there ongoing driver training, tests etc?

And also, a question that needs to be asked, are the accidents all SA Roadlinks fault?

11 people lost their lives in an accident involving an SA Roadlink bus. The accident occurred on the southbound side of the N2 highway near Hibberdene. The SA Roadlink bus hit the truck it was trying to overtake, whereafter the bus driver lost control and veered into the northbound lanes of the highway, where a head-on collission occurred with a Toyota Camry

An SA Roadlink bus collided with a private bus and the car in the Merrivale area on the Durban-bound carriageway at around 7 ‘o clock last night.

More than 40 people were injured in Durban in the early hours of Tuesday morning when a bus careened across a central median and rolled onto its side on the city's western highway (N3).
Netcare 911 spokesperson Chris Botha said one person was critically injured, while another 12 sustained serious injuries and 29 suffered minor injuries.

It is not immediately clear what caused the SA Roadlink bus to veer out of its lane into the central median and then slide on its side into the oncoming traffic lanes near the city's Paradise Valley area.

It was not clear what happened to the driver, but a traffic official who spoke on condition of anonymity said the driver had claimed he had "swerved for something".

Driver problem - or overworked driver problem ?

No, but that is a different issue... Since I would put them on a plane because I can afford it.

And also, just because an article paints an accident in a certain way.. doesn't mean it happened that way..

eg...
An SA Roadlink bus collided with a private bus and the car in the Merrivale area on the Durban-bound carriageway at around 7 ‘o clock last night.

Could quite as easily have said

A private bus and a car in the Merrivale area drove head-on into an SA Roadlink bus on the Durban-bound carriageway at around 7 o'clock last night
