SA Services - New TV and Subscriptions

I'm thinking about cancelling my DSTV subscription and wanting to purchase a new TV that will be compatible to stream online services. I have an old LG Smart TV which is not that smart and doesnt work great. What TV should I be looking to get to do this and are there any additional gadgets that I need to think about too, I'm big on my sports and football abroad so is important for me to have access to these streams. Thanks for help in advance.

Some advice , rather get a streaming’s box. I’m sitting with a smart tv that does not get updated anymore. So basically the Netflix on it is close to useless. And that’s basically the only streaming service you get for it.

Get a device like Telkom lit box, xiaomi mi box or Nvidia shield.

My advise to you is to get a Xiomi MI Box.
I have one and it works great. As it is officially supported by Google, Netflix a d dstv now work perfectly as well as Amazon Prime Video.
