SA telcos with the highest average salaries

Scary.. and yet not so much. Personally I think there should be incentive vs company tax breaks if the CEO to Avg Salary ratio is less than 20x(more ideal), 30x & 40x where it is not a Group and where it is.. 5x, 10x & 15x ...but keep in mind this would be compared differently.. i.e. CEO of group vs CEOs of respective subsidiary?

Comparing e.g. MTN Group CEO to avg MTN Employee is a bit wrong i reckon even though I'm against large skews.

Don't get me wrong, I think its good to motivate CEOs etc but really some levels are too much and it fosters a recurring culture of use & abuse, profit at all cost which has become more of the norm in Sa society. The divide shouldnt be this huge..
