SA Torrent Site!

yeah true but i just wanted to give it a test run...seems like a cool idea

why doesnt he host the site locally again? and register for a .za.net domain
 
dont worry ur not missing much at the moment...

wen its local i think there will be alot more interest

even though the seeds are local - gotta organize local hosting for site
 
I have applied for a .za.net domain but im still looking for a local only host cant find 1! 200mb bandwidth is the most but that just wont do!

lol - You are fussed about having to install Firefox (a whole 5.7 meg application) on your work computer - for a site for which you have to install a torrent program !?!

Here's the bottom line:

YOU WILL NOT FIND A LOCAL HOST WITH ENOUGH BANDWIDTH TO RUN A TORRENT TRACKER AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.

Due to the cost of local bandwidth, it is just not possible.

i'm not installing anything on my work pc. i wanted to see what's on the site.

So how do the other local torrent sites host localy?
