I have never had such a bad experience with a service provider.

I had ordered the 4mb service from them with the signed contract sent through on the 14th of August with an installation date of 16th August.

The technician didn't bother to let me know that he was running late and only let me know 2 hours after he was supposed to be at my premises that he could not make it, so the installation was moved to the 17th. After arriving 2 hours late, the technician did not have the proper equipment to do the installation, so the installation was moved to the 18th at 10am. The technician pitches just before 12, having told me he was late because he only went to bed at 4am because he was out drinking the night before.

So eventually the dish was on my premises, but it was not working to nearly the promised speeds. For the last month I have had to check up daily on the progress, trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the guys. I have had enough. I have ordered a business service and these guys would not keep me in the loop, they probably have lied to me all along and today when I phoned to let him know it was not working and that he should come get his equipment, his response was "okay".....

To add, half the time the phones aren't answered, emails don't get replies and the only reliable way of contact is through the technician adding me on whatsapp... whatsapp...

SA Wireless needs to learn how to do business, I am now not surprised as your product reflects your overall running of your business and your attitude towards your customers.

To anyone that even thinks of using these guys, stay far away. I should have heeded the warning signs from other threads on MyBB.

A full month of a service that didn't do what was needed, not even for a day. It isn't technically a free month if I could not use the service. I wouldn't expect you to fight here anyway, since you couldn't bother to keep me in the loop on when/if the service was ever going to work.

Well done on you guys, very well done. I would not have paid and taken you to the CPA if you did try charge me for this past month.

To add to it all, you were supposed to come fetch your equipment today, but didn't bother to pitch up.

This is the 4mb down, 4mb up line that you provided your "free" month for.

Yeah I sent a pm when I was looking for a Wisp. Never even got a response.

And judging by the response here, it's a small wonder they're as bad as people say they are. I actually wonder how they're still in operation.

Those speed tests look pretty good to me. Looks better than my 10meg ADSL line at times!

ever heard about Kawuleza Connect?

All fine and well to say oooohhhh go check out whoever, but most if not all of these people wanting/needing wireless fall outside the normal coverage zone offered by so many wisps

Just a Heads up... SA Wireless is not available to do installations at times as scheduled because:
1. They are forever busy moving "rental" units from cancelled customers to new customers(, maybe keeping the pot boiling that way)
2. They are busy all hours of the day doing maintenance on the System and Towers, constantly having to replace equipment
3. They are busy removing equipment from sites which are no longer needed or in use by the owners
4. They are busy covering up on the fact that they don't have their own ICASA license, it takes quite some time having to keep track of who they owe a month or two free Internet etc...
5. If he's just around the corner, that actually means that they are in Gauteng, but not in the same Postal Code area though

Oh and By the By.... never approach this company to ask for Branch or redistribution or reseller agreements, it will send you to hospital, mental and/or medical

Perhaps you should invest in a dictionary, or at least do a spellcheck in MS Word or similar before you post.

Hi Guys

As ex staff menders, please stop this, and reframe from defamation of character. You are just casing more problems for your self..

You new the T&C of the Company, i will pull it up here again, the rest of the 6 staff now of this and agreeded to this..

When agreeing to work with and partner with a Sales Rep or Technician, I have clearly explained and defined the following rules which are agreed to before starting a mutual work partnership:

- Any clients which join SA Wireless through the Sales Rep will stay a client of SA Wireless, the Sales Rep will receive a portion of the monthly payment from the client

- All equipment installed at the client's premises stays the property of SA Wireless, unless bought for in full

- All monthly payments from the clients must be paid into the account of SA Wireless, any cash received must be deposited into the account of SA Wireless with the reference of the client

- If the Sales Rep or Technician decides to leave the mutual partnership with SA Wireless, a list of clients must be handed over to SA Wireless as these clients belong to the company

- If the Sales Rep or Technician decides to leave the mutual partnership with SA Wireless, this person is not allowed to start their own Wireless company for 2 years or be employed by another Wireless company for 6 months as installation procedures, infrastructure, service providers and operational knowledge of SA Wireless is shared openly with the Sales Reps and Technicians

Have you been drunk since the 16th of September?

Sorry guys try and live with Dyslectic.

let he help you understand:

People having learning disability are believed to be dyslectic and the basic symptoms are difficulty in reading, spelling errors and coordination between written. The manifold problems of dyslectic persons range from those who can read but are unable to write while some can write but are incapable of reading.

What on earth is happening here?

You appear to have a personal vendetta against this company. Why not share you story instead of spamming the forum?
