SAA 2.0 to start flying next month

Same planes or new ones?
Presume they will be thoroughly inspected and the tyres pumped up before flying?

to rebuild and sustain a profitable airline that once again takes a leadership role among local, continental, and international airlines

Funny man! :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

Won't be flying this airline. Ever.

I'll fly them anyday, options into Africa are often very limited and I'de much rather be on SAA. Plus they serviced some really busy business routes that have not all been filled which i'll be glad to get back to.

What they need to sort out is their international routes and in particular pricing - I'm not paying R6000 more for SAA than Qatar for example. But the new group that owns them I think will be very focused on ensuring there's no losses, i doubt it will be run like the SOE it was.

hopefully something positive comes from this, and the money isnt going to the ANC slush fund,
like any good African airline, AKA air Zimbabwe
