Besides the existing issues, the unions holding the country hostage need to start waking up.

Actually, this is a brilliant idea! Show us exactly how you plan to make it work and not cut jobs!
Throw them the keys to the palace and watch it burn. Then lets see who the union members go after.....

Give, not sell, give SAA to NUMSA to run. For free. Mahala....just give it to them.
 
The sad thing is after this strike when these people are jobless, destitute and just another stat, the NUMSA guys are all going home in a German car to a warm plate of food and a bed.
