English is understood by at least 90% of the populace.... This Mmusi Maimane is a dynamic speaker, he engages the people who talks to. I think he can do great things for SA. I hope he goes much further than Gauteng Premier Candidate.

Am I wrong? The majority of the uneducated masses have no idea what the ANC is doing, yet they still vote for them.

My gardener has very very limited English skills so how would he understand this ad? Thats why I say put it in their language so they can understand, its not rocket science.

Yes this year they seemed to have stepped it up a gear with regards to adverts and advertising spaces about what they have "achieved".
