When is threatening the wellbeing of people simply freedom of speech? Even America - that superior propagator of Freed of Speech censors "Hate Speech", and IMHO rightly so. Giving a step by step recommendation on how to snub and kill a white person is just not on. Imagine the outcry if this was a step by step on how to snub and kill a Black man.

I thought I already addressed that when I said a scalpel is needed.

Even in the US there has to be a clear incitement of violence being perpetrated before that freedom is encroached upon. I think you overestimate the level of censorship in the there.

Freedom of speech = ability to be able to make statements that refelect your views even if they offend other members of society, if this right is not entrenched other viewpoints etc are stifled. Some one said " I may not aggree with your views, but I will defend to the death your freedom to make them:!

I tried that avenue. Neither Holland or Belgium wants me back. Seems I'm stuck in a country that does not want me. Cause if they did they would've done something about security, health, education and especially Job creation. Cause then I can afford to buy my way. Which I can't do now.

So for that matter when I was told to pack up and leave by the government I found that I've got nowhere to go. SO I'll stay and try to make the best of this.

Freedom of speech is not the freedom to say nice things. Let people say what they want to say. Even so-called hate speech. Freedom to say unpopular and unpleasant things is at the core of a free society. If you don't like what is being said you can argue against it.

I still think that there is a point at which hate speech is plain wrong. The bile on the SABC news forum is extreme. It's akin to islamofascist web forums around the world.
