SABC to investigate draft bill

WTF? Rather figure out where all the money went. Idiots.
 
So it's SABC's nefarious expoits that got us into this mess, in scanning through the article, my eye catches these two lines:

...

But what I read is this:

I am quite amazed that SABC can still think of itself as a public broadcasting service when Soweto TV had to turn to satellite broadcasting to get some airtime.

We had 4 channels using the available spectrum, with space for 4 more, so, instead of allowing 4 more onto the air, they threw billions at technology to make everything digital.

And now they need more money to fund their self authorised expense.
 
The people watching SABC are those that do not have to pay income tax because they either earn below the tax threshold or are involved in crime.

What this new law will do is make people already paying for TV (Dstv) subsidies the poor who watch their propaganda machine channel.
