SABC to launch its own streaming services

The SABC is planning to launch both video and audio streaming services, bringing it in direct competition with international services like Netflix and Spotify.

SABC spokesperson Mmoni Seapolelo confirmed to MyBroadband that the state broadcaster would roll out video and audio streaming platforms of its own.

Yeah! Now you can decide how much of the crap they have on offer you want to repeat watch every day.

Actually want a nice way to listen to SAFM so this might work for the live radio. But I am not sure I want to watch Pumpkin Patch on demand.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
If they actually get to launch this.......we all know that money will go "missing", delays will be "explained"in parliament, demanding bailout money to get the service up, etc.
They will be like a cry baby again in parliament, saying that Netflix must reduce their content or Netflix must be regulated or some kind of stupid ANC "business model" excuse.
