Sacred 2 activation options

Okay got sacred and it is a nice game. I have the following problem. I installed sacred 2 at home and on computer at work. (Yes i can do that according to the manual) The problem is i redid my work computer without uninstalling sacred 2 (Went up to vista from xp) and when i try and activate sacred 2 on my work computer it tells me number of activations exceeded. I tried the manual uninstall but it just says this copy is not activated. Any suggestions ?
 
I'm sure I saw something on their site about being able to 'revoke' an activation ........ barring that, all I could suggest is a mail to their technical dept :o
 
probaly will do that. All i can think is that the previous installation is still on the servers so with the one at home it counts as "two" and there is no way and can "uninstall" the previous one from my work computer since i upgraded the operating system
 
tried that. Keeps on telling me that the copy on my work machine is not activated (Which i cannot activate) I will go and uninstall the copy at home which really sucks
 
You need to the revoke before formatting or upgrading to a new os. Most activations systems treats that like an activation.

You will need to contact the developer/distributor and ask them nicely for more activations. Good luck.
 
Copy protection is a joke; just causes the people who pay the product to lose out. Online Activation... pfft. I really kicked my door down when Spore just failed to love me.
