Safe FB Video Downloader

youtube-dl can do the job along with most of the other sites Facebook owns, but if a particular link doesn't work you can try using a browser extension on desktop that downloads videos by capturing the dash_video / m3u8 URL and sending that link to your download manager of choice. A good one is the video downloader extension that has an icon which looks like an atom with three colours
