Basically you have to ask yourself if a site offers you the latest popular sports for free, then it most likely not 100% legal. NFL, CLF, NHL, NBA, TPA, F1, 100x soccer leagues ...... These are all big franchises and they sell their products (broadcasting rights) for big $$$$$. They will not allow anyone to stream them for free. Maybe their back catalogue or selected highlights.
