Online shopping delivery safety problems in South Africa

Motorcycle Safety Institute founder Hein Jonker wants on-demand delivery companies to pick up their socks when it comes to ensuring the safety of their contracted riders.

Speaking to Cape Talk, Jonker said the minimum that on-demand delivery providers should do is ensure that riders are fully licenced, subsidise or pay for rider training, and provide proper riding kits.

Jirre, riding this horse until there's nothing left of it.

Apparently yesterday's one WASN'T a delivery driver (rider?) - we still DON'T know what he was yet, but it's been DEFINITIVELY ruled out that he was a driver (rider?) doing deliveries... ;)
I saw that thread.

So how did this guy end up delivering things? Or was he just a random motorcyclist without a load?

It doesn't matter, they will still ride like idiots. They should change the law to absolve anyone who hits them into next Friday.

How can it be "apparently" if it has been "definitively" ruled out.

Have you got a link to where it has been ruled out that he was a delivery driver?
