Hi Guys.
MPY is using SAFLEC as raw biometric input system and then process bookings via SQL to Kronos.
Problem is that our SAFLEC app is very....unstable?
It is a 2016 HYPER-V O/S . SAFLEC comms manager is 1.0.0.485 and version of SAFLEC itself is Corporate Ed V3 , 3.0.0.973.
Since 13 January (no specific updates received or changes done to hyperv) , the app just crashes at random. Also the buffer of the saflec comms module goes bonkers and at random duplicates (punches/bookings/clockings). If you close SAFLEC , the duplication is less or zero. However one obviously needs to use the app from time to time. If anybody has experience with SAFLEC and would to give a bash for a few constructive suggestions , i would sincerely appreciate!
