SaGateway - quoting prices EX-VAT

Went to www.hellkom.co.za to research ISP for ADSL 3GB.

SAGATEWAY looked like a very good option, especially since the price is also R240 p/m and they guarantee 24/7 support.

BUT

this price is EX-VAT.

I tell you this, as it is very difficult to see this. Couldn't see any remarks on their website on if it includes or excludes vat. But they do mention it on page 3 of their contract.

MaD, can you maybe update your website, as I think you intend to show prices inc vat?

I'm an SA Gateway DSL subscriber in the Western Cape - my bill this month was for R230 plus VAT -> R262.20

Me thinks tha subscirbtion, she was increased recently.

Done - apologies about that.. have changed their prices and also added a line on the Add Service page that says prices must include VAT..
