Sahara Computers head office in Midrand has been robbed by five unidentified armed men in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).
Armed men entered premises and held an employee at gunpoint, the men demanded keys to the safe.
"They asked me where are my keys? Where is my car and all stuff , I told them no I don’t have nothing, they said I must look down and if I look up they will shoot me dead,” a Sahara Computers employee held at gunpoint told ANN7 about the ordeal.
The robbers took cash at gunpoint and an employee's car which was later found abandoned in Tembisa.
SAPS Spokesperson,Lungelo Dlamini said “we are looking for two suspects who allegedly have information of the company.”
Police are looking for suspects who were involved in the robbery, A case of robbery has been opened and police are investigating the matter. No arrests have been made yet.
Although police refused to confirm crime stats in Midrand area, there has been two business robbery incidents in a space of 24hrs, with the latest being Sahara Computers.
