Sahara has become Annex Distribution

For those in the industry who don't already know, Sahara has now merged Annex Distribution.

They are going to be more strict with dealers because too many fly by nights and people buying for friends and themselves are buying there.ie end users are buying too much and its not good for the channel.

Sahara has owned Annex for some time now, I think they operate as a Separate Company.

From what I just read on the Sahara site, Annex is just another sub division of Sahara Holdings.

I doubt they wouyld change their name now anyway, the brand is too well recognized. Plus with them having naming rights to a few sports stadiums, imagine going to Annex Park Newlands

That is the biggest load of BS I have ever heard? Maybe they should look at why people want to buy direct? Maybe because people are SICK of being RIPPED OFF by the likes of Incredible Corruption, and others.
