SAHRC has lost the plot....

but they have a bigger problem on their hands, and that are the actual regulatory bodies who will be breathing down their necks.

yip that will happen via the regulatory bodies but there will be no social media outrage wrt the actual issue of expired goods.

but thats not all.

the government pharmaceutical soe is going to do great. wonder if the sahrc will stick their nose in there as well.

I actually really really want to see a company grow a set of balls and publicly put the SAHRC in their place...

Multichoice/SuperSport didn’t bend the knee. The Ashwin Willemse hearings, or sessions, would have happened in the Apartheid Museum back in March already. This was postponed because they wanted to give both past and present Multichoice employees more time to give their written submissions (or testimonies). This was extended, again, back in May IIRC and we are now in September.

Multichoice openly handed the internal report to the SAHRC on their own internal recommendation. The racist they perceived Mallett to be is still with SuperSport, looking happy as always with his colleagues, and the racist they perceived Naas to be is coaching rugby in India with great success. The SAHRC commenced this investigation due to establishing the racism instilled by Nick’s and Naas’s patronising and undermining ‘privileges’, and it was widely supported by politicians and the public interest at heart.

Multichoice still didn’t buckle. Where is this white-hunt today?
