SAINET making up usage!

I have a SAINET 10Gb uncapped after hours account.

on the weekend i had +-49Mb left on my account, hence i could still use my after hours uncapped.
On monday morning knowing the above i turned off my SAINET account and went back onto my mweb 384K so that i didn't use up my remaining megs. i did this at 6:50am ish.
I got home after 8pm last night and changed back to my SAINET account, and guess what? yip Capped!
i changed back to mweb, and went to the cznone and checked my usage, and aparently between 7 & 8am i had used my account?!!?!
the service number however is "31764****" instead of the usual "031764****" how is this possible?

Anyone have these same issues?

I had a similar problem. What happened was my bandwidth usage is delayed a bit. So everything I download say between 6 and 7am will show up in the 7 to 8am timeslot. Sometimes the delay is up to an hour, other times its a couple of minutes. I now stop my downloads when I get up at 5:30. Not a big issue for me.

The Techsupport guys sorted this out for me and credited me the data. i know it was a last day of the month thing so why should i bother. but it's quite frustrating not having the 4Mb that i'm paying for.
Will try cut my downloads before 6am now to make sure this little problem doesn't happen again.
