I have had a SAINET account for a few months now and they have great prices but I have noticed that on http://tux.sainet.co.za/adsl/usagestats.php page which shows you your usage that the numbers dont add up.
I have a 3GB account and this is what it says
DATA USED: 1.785 GB
DATA LEFT: 0.999 GB
I have noticed this before and mailed them 3 times with no reply.
I have checked the usage table with all the connections etc and seem to be right just not the totaling and subracting which I assume you get capped on.
My question is this, if you have an SAINET account does this happen to you and if so how much is the difference between the data used and data left?
