SAIX ADSL Usage Checker VS Telkomsa Usage Checker

Can someone please explain to me which is the more reliable usage checker SAIX or Telkomsa?

The SAIX usage checker is showing that I have used 18.4 gigs on my Telkom capped account so far this month but the usage checker on Telkomsa's website is showing that I have only used 16.6 gigs.

Which one is correct?

Because they don't use SAIX/Telkom. They use MTN.
