Has SAIX also buckled under the additional pressure now?

I am using a SAIX-based account from WebAfrica and am getting this on a 4Mb line:

Local seems fine and rebooting the router did not change the situation.

Doesn't look like SAIX-based bandwidth to me. Speedtest.net is picking that up as a WebAfrica account... What's your IP address? (PM rather, or only paste the first 3 of 4 parts)

Isn't WebAfrica mostly using SAIX as their upstream provider?

Normally ISP's who sell saix-branded accounts literally resell SAIX bandwidth - where, once the user is authenticated, the ppp link is identical to an original TelkomInternet account... IP allocations and all; but your IP is one from webafrica's own ADSL IP blocks, so unless they're still routing your bandwidth into SAIX for international, it's not a SAIX-based account... and those speeds are very possibly caused by WA's tinkering or congestion on their SAIX link - If they sell you saix bandwidth, it should really be pure SAIX otherwise you're more vulnerable to being held back by intermediary router congestion, shaping, etc.
WebAfrica's own international pipe does run through Telkom's SAT3 cable, so it is somewhat "SAIX-based" in that regard... if that's what you're referring to, but it looks like you're using one of the normal webafrica accounts that run on their own network.
