Hi there
Yesterday evening (13-12-2005) I tried to connect to Saix on the dot of 19:00 (for the infinitcall session).
However, I received an "This username or password is invalid for the domain" error. I tried a second time, and received the same message. Third time I was lucky, and was able to log on and surf. I also made sure username and password was correct.
I know the account is working since I logged on that same morning (the morning of the 12th) with the same username and account. (This is usually an indication that your username and/or password is incorrect, or that somebody else was using that account, OR that Saix have problems with authentication.
And I'm the only one with the username/password combination... unless somebody else was also dialled in with the same username/password.
If this is the case that somebody was using MY account without my permission, then I see it as theft. If it is a case of problematic authentication, then I'm not worrying since I'll be dropping Saix at the drop of a hat as soon as the SNO is operational. I don't trust the system as there are several people complaining that their ADSL caps have been stolen.
Anybody also getting weird problems as well with analogue dial-up accounts?
Regards
