SAIX and website

Can you guys in the Johannesburg area access this website with axxess in particular or SAIX in general.

because i sure as hell can't. All other wesites work fine, i get a cannot connect error.

This is weird because the guys on UUNET and IS can apparently get to it no problem.

using dsl-cache.saix.net:8080 btw

Also find it does not work on CPT SAIX.
Can traceroute to it and https://www.linux.org/ works.

What on earth is wrong with SAIXs proxy servers? They seem to have these kind of problems frequently!

there seems to be quite a few sites lately that saix cannot get to , very weird, and its been happening for the last month!
