Anyone - what is the best DNS server to use for a SAIX account. I have input the 2 dial up ones I used to use nl 196.25.1.1 & 196.25.1.9. I read elsewhere that 196.25.1.11 and/or 196.43.1.11 are also used.

That is all the valid SAIX DNS servers you can use.
So you would use:
1) 196.43.1.11 (Rosebank)
2) 196.25.1.11 (Cape Town)
Or take the 5 DNS addresses, do ping tests with them all, and select the best/fastest two. You always try to use the DNS server closest to you.
