Just phoned Mweb business technical support. Voice message says that Telkom in doing maintenance on SAT-3 on the following dates and times.

Feb1 - between 2am and 8pm
Feb2 - between 2am and 5pm

All services will be experiencing connectivity problems.

Haha, cause its not their work hours..they will have to pay their employees overtime...Shame

I think Afrihost, not Axxess prepaid. I get same problems on Axxess.
Maybe everybody should switch to Digichilli. Now is about the time you wont experience a difference in connectivity

They are doing maintenance during working hours because of cable breaks/inssues on SAT-3.

If the cables are broken whether they do maintenance during or after hours makes no difference. It has to be fixed immediately!

Looks like whatever was broken is fixed now (Still holding thumbs it stays like this) because the internet is flying!!!

National and international sites dare I say open basically instantaneously.
