The increased traffic on the SAIX/IS peering link is due to IS now re-selling ADSL access (bought from SAIX/Telkom).
Now SAIX want IS to pay full rate for extra peering connectivity because the IS ADSL traffic "is not part of the peering agreement"
So IS pays SAIX for the ADSL access and must now pay SAIX more to peer the traffic back to them.
WTF?????
