SAIX local latency and time outs

Hi Everyone

For the past few hours i have been having terrible latency and time outs on 2 different SAIX accounts 1 from Mweb and the other a Unshaped SAOL account
both accounts are giving bad latency about 150ms local int is also degraded but not like local only an extra 20ms on international to google from normal

Is anyone else experiencing this?
Before i start phoning telkom to come and check my exchange

My ping to google is around the 350 mark but local is all above 150 on both accounts

I had the same problem this morning but it came rite just after 3
